Custom Reusable Mesh Stencil

Create custom designs you can print again and again. 

These reusable mesh stencils are made using screen-printing mesh and heat-transfer vinyl to create a flexible stencil that allows ink, paint, or paste to pass cleanly through the design. 

They are perfect for makers who want to apply their logo or artwork to surfaces like fabric, wood, paper, or other craft materials. 

Each stencil is custom cut using your uploaded artwork and carefully prepared so the design can be transferred cleanly onto your project surface. 

How It Works
Upload the design or artwork you would like made into a stencil. 
I cut the design using vinyl and attach it to screen-print mesh. 
The stencil is prepared so paint, ink, or paste can pass through the design. 

You simply place the stencil on your surface, apply your medium (paint, ink, chalk paste, etc.), and lift the stencil to reveal the printed design. 

Size
Stencils are typically created close to 8x10 or 9x12 inches, which works well for applications like: 
T-shirts
Fabric Printing
Wood Signs
Packaging Projects
Craft Branding

Exact sizing may vary slightly depending on the design provided. 

Reusability
These mesh stencils can be cleaned and reused multiple times, but they are not permanent tools. 

With repeated use and washing, the adhesive and mesh grip will gradually weaken. 

For best results:
Clean gently after use (plain water!)
Avoid harsh scrubbing
Allow the stencil to dry before reuse (air dry or *gently* pat dry)
 
Uploading Your Design
Please upload artwork or describe the design you would like created. 

Design Requirements:
Stencil designs must be suitable for stencil cutting and mesh transfer. 

For best results, artwork should include bold shapes and connected elements so the stencil remains structurally supported. 

Designs that work best include: ✅ 
Logos
Simple Graphics
Lettering (be mindful of "floating parts": O, A, P)
Bold Illustration

If your design requires adjustments to make it stencil-ready, minor modifications may be made so the stencil can function properly.
